Bookings & Cancellations

Use these pages to check room availability. You can book and pay online using the secure server or send a booking request and pay on arrival.

Booking Policy

Bookings can be made via our website, email or phone
A deposit is not required to secure your booking but we do require valid credit card details to hold the booking (or payment in advance by direct credit if you don't have one)
All bookings are subject to confirmation which will be advised in writing
Where a client causes wilful or other damage to the property or its contents, Management may, at its discretion, charge the client for any damage incurred

Check-In: 3:00 pm till 8:00 pm
(no check-ins after 8:00 pm)

Check-Out: 10:00 am
(no check-outs before 8:00 am)

Breakfast is served from 8:00 am till 9:30 am

Payment Policy

Full payment is expected on arrival (unless you have paid in advance)
Payment can be made by Mastercard, Visa, cash or direct credit (the direct credit option requires payment in advance)
All tariffs and charges are stated in New Zealand Dollars and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 15%

Cancellation Policy

When a cancellation occurs, we will make every attempt to rebook the accommodation thereby minimising the cost to the client. However, where this is not possible, the following cancellation fees will apply:
Accommodation cancelled prior to 14 days of arrival date 20%
Accommodation cancelled within 14 days of arrival date 25%
Accommodation cancelled within 7 days of arrival date 50%
Accommodation cancelled within 48 hours of arrival date 100%
